She completed her MBBS and Master of Surgery (MS) in Ophthalmology from Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, Maharashtra. She then pursued a long-term fellowship in Cataract and Anterior Segment at Susrut Eye Foundation and Research Centre, Kolkata.
She is well versed in IOL microsurgery, phacoemulsification surgery, and YAG laser procedures. In addition, she expertise in treating glaucoma and is passionate about raising awareness and promoting early screening for the disease.
