Dr. Yasser specialized in ophthalmology from MGM Medical College, Kishanganj. He went on to complete his long-term fellowship in Paediatric ophthalmology and Strabismus from Aravind Eye Hospital, Tirunelveli , Tamilnadu.
His core interests include Cataract, Strabismus both in Adults and Children, Myopia , Childhood Cataract, Amblyopia (Lazy Eye) and Neuro-Ophthalmology.
Over the years , he has presented papers in various national conferences.
Apart from work, he enjoys music, tech and loves to indulge in Bengali Literature.
